We would replace the products in following cases.
- -> Product is delivered in damaged conditiion.
- -> Wrong product delivered.
- -> Complete product not delivered.
However, customer need to report the case at contact@designovista.com with complete details (including order details, delivery date and time etc) within 24 hours of the delivery. Customer also need to send an image of the product to claim that damaged/wrong/incomplete product is delivered.
