We promise high quality products for our customers, and this is how we do it:
- 100% Product Guarantee – you will never have to worry about non-functional product or delivery damages – we will send you the replacement set within 7 working days!

If you think that you are not getting the same product quality that you expected, or we did not deliver the design that you chose from Design O Vista gallery, we assure you that we will do all we can to make you a happy customer.

Anyway, as usual, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on why the delivered item was unsatisfactory, in order to serve you better in future.

Warranty

- For defects or physical damage on the clock 

upon delivery (within 7 days of receiving the product), we provide free-of-charge replacement on the clock component.

- For defects excluding physical damage due to usage within 6 months of purchase, we provide free-of-charge replacement on the clock component.

- For damage / scratches / unsatisfactory condition of the painting and wooden base upon delivery (within 7 days of receiving the product), we provide free-of-charge replacement of the painting along with the wooden base

- For unreasonable deterioration of the painting (e.g. peeling off) within 6 months of purchase, we provide free-of-charge replacement of the painting along with the wooden base

A detailed warranty card will be included with the product.
