Q1. How do I place an order?

A.   We provide a number of options to order for your convenience. Please refer to this order option page for more information.

Q3. How much are the delivery charges?

A.   We provide free-delivery in Delhi/ NCR as a promotional scheme, for rest of India delivery charges are on actual basis.

Q4. Do you have a gallery for us to visit?

A.   We have an online gallery available on our web page (Our Gallery) for your assistance inorder to select a design/size/shape of your choice.

Q5. How long does it take for the ordered product to be delivered within India?

A.   We start processing the order within 24 hours of receiving the payment. For Delhi/NCR, delivery takes about three working days, and for rest of India, delivery  would be within seven working days.

Q7. Can there be any changes in the current size / position / colour of the clock face design in the published catalog ?

A.    Yes, we provide customization service and the charges may vary depending on the size and other changes if any.

 Q8. What is so special about your shop? Why can’t I purchase the same product from a local gift shops?

A.  It is simple – we offer many more designs as an online shop without the physical as well as cost limitation in a brick-and-mortar shop that you are familiar with. To find out more, please read our business model.

Q9.  What are the payment methods that are available for me?

A.    We provide a number of payment options for your convenience. Please refer to the order option page for more information.

Q10. What do I need to do if the received product is damaged or not the one that I have ordered?

A.     We advise all our customers who receive unsatisfactory products to:

        a.  Take a photo on the product, together with the packaging of the product (in the original condition from the courier company as much as possible), then

        b.  Drop us an email at postsales@designovista.com, attach the photo and briefly describe the condition of the item(s) to us.

        c.  Our customer service officers will get back to you within 24 hours, with solutions on exchange.

Q11. If I like one of the paintings within a 2-piece or 3-piece set, could I buy only 1 piece instead of the whole set?

A.     Yes definitely. Please indicate this clearly in your order along with the Product code for the 2-piece or 3-piece set. We will send the invoice as a single piece order accordingly.

Q12. How durable are your paintings and clocks?

A.     This series of paintings and clocks are extremely durable and our suppliers have been selling in various markets, including Singapore and Europe for many years now. There have been no reported complaints in the product quality. To find out how we did it, please take a look a product specifications. On top of that, we offer  6 months -warranty and post-sales service.

Q13. I am interested in bulk order, or to join you as a distributor. Is there anything for me?
